Step 1:

HIGH SCHOOL PHYSICALS

A yearly high school physical stating the student is physically fit to participate in high school athletics is required.

People that are licensed to perform physicals include: MD’s, DO’s, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and doctors of chiropractic who are school physical certified (DC, Spc.). Schedule your students annual physical at our Health and Wellness Center: Health and Wellness Center

*Please turn a copy of your physical form into our Gateway High Schools Athletic Trainer Mr. Godbout.

Step 2:

Parent Portal

It is a district requirement that parents must register their athlete in their Parent Portal in order to be eligible to compete. If an account already exists for an athlete (from any prior season), a new one does not need to be created. You will just log back into your previous account and update the information

Step 3:

Athletic Fee

$85 per sport

Athletes that participate and pay for 2 sports will get the 3rd season free.

All payments must be made to the Gateway High Schools Bookkeeper or payments can be made online. You will pay in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal.
